peachtreekeen: The “SkyView Atlanta” wheel, which will be less than half the height of the London Eye, will be re-located from Pensacola, Florida, to a spot near Centennial Olympic Park, which was constructed for the 1996 Summer Olympics. Le freak, c’est chic! This was right across the street from our hotel in April! It was cute, but we didn’t ride it.

PATH Foundation named in Ga. 400 trail, latest of... →
After building more than 180 miles of trails in Georgia, the PATH Foundation is now memorialized in the name of a future trail in Atlanta – PATH400 is the name of the trail that’s to run alongside … The PATH Foundation profiled on Saporta. Really interesting info about a non-profit that’s doing some amazing work.

Click That 'Hood game, Atlanta edition
atlurbanist: This is quite a challenge! Click That ‘Hood is an online game that tests your ability to find city neighborhoods on a map while a clock is running. I tried the the Atlanta version and found out quickly that there are a lot of city neighborhoods I’m completely unaware of. The experience is humbling and fun at the same time. Try it out: play the Atlanta game here
